Refund Policy

Instruments (including all new and used instrument and headjoints) may not be returned once purchased. Please see out Demo policy if you are interested in buying an instrument. Non-Instrument items may be returned conditionally. Non-instrument items may be returned for exchange or refund within 10 calendar days of issuance of product. You must must receive prior authorization for an exchange to be honored. To receive an authorization, you must provide a written statement that includes an invoice number and clear description of the problem. Returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt, must be in the original packaging, and must be in the exact order as it was when shipped. Please include a short, written request for either an exchange or refund when returning merchandise. If your purchase is over $100, please insure and track your product(s). The Flute Exchage is not responsible for returned merchandise until receipt. The customer is responsible for shipping charges when sending merchandise back to The Flute Exchange for return/exchange. Refunds include original shipping/handling charges and will be in the form of the original payment. The Flute Exchange will not refund or exchange items damaged after being received by the customer Please allow 30 days for refunds or exchanges to be completed. Items will be accepted for a full refund if returned within seven days of purchase. After seven days, a store credit will be issued. Returns will not be accepted without a receipt. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as when sold.
